The Branch Christian Church officially started in 1999. We moved into our facilities in Kings Meadows in 2006.
All of us are just normal people who’ve discovered the good news about what God has done through Jesus.
The Branch is part of the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) and we are also connected with Vision 100, a leadership training and church planting network within Tasmania. We also appreciate and support the work of groups like Geneva Push and The Gospel Coalition Australia.

Steve Young
Steve Young is our Senior Pastor.
Steve Nicholson
Steve Nicholson is our Assistant Pastor. He’s responsible for membership and ministry training. His role is to help us grow to be a loving community where people belong and care for each other, and to help equip us to serve as Jesus served.
Cameron Clifford
Cameron Clifford is our Ministry Coordinator. He’s responsible for management. His role is to particularly serve and support our ministry team leaders so they can be well-equipped to minister to others. He also oversees our Growth Groups ministry.
